Moving Into Balance Retreat

2nd Moving Into Balance Retreat
for women who are ready to reconnect the mind and body.
If you (or a woman you know) needs a breather & is looking to bring more (or
some) balance and core strength to your/her life (perhaps set down a few
plates on sticks) please come to or invite her to this relaxing and
energizing day-long retreat for pilates, gyro, coaching and taking
time for oneself!
Wendy Seymour Anderson and I will give the gentle but firm push to your
backside to finally put your needs 1st and be strong physically and
mentally. It's not greedy it's necessary! Put your oxygen mask on 1st!
